1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • Your request for return must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

Items returned after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at kittostoreonline@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting details if needed.

  3. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive the return shipping instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure your returned product reaches us safely.

4. Return Approval & Replacement

After receiving your returned item, we will:

  • Inspect it for eligibility and condition, and

  • Notify you by email or phone regarding approval or rejection of your return.

If your return is approved, a replacement product will be shipped & delivered within 10 business days.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only when:

  • The product is returned in its original condition and packaging, and

  • The return request is made within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Used, opened, or damaged items,

  • Items returned without prior authorization, or

  • Products purchased under sale, combo, or discounted offers.

6. Refund Process

  1. Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 working days and credited to your original payment method or bank account, depending on your payment type.

7. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Opened or used pest control and plant care liquids/powders,

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling,

  • Items received as part of promotional or discounted offers.
