Your request for return must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
Items returned after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
2. Return Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive the return shipping instructions.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure your returned product reaches us safely.
4. Return Approval & Replacement
After receiving your returned item, we will:

If your return is approved, a replacement product will be shipped & delivered within 10 business days.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only when:

Refunds will not be issued for:
